Listing a Sales Offer on Veooo.com is easy and safe. Firstly Login your Veooo,com Account and follow the steps below to begin your first listing:
For Single Listing:
- Click on My Account è Create a New Listing (left hand column under Sell). Alternatively, click on Sell (top right hand corner) è Create a Single Listing from the drop down list.
- Enter all the required information and ensure that all information is accurate.
- Read and fully understand and agreed with Veooo Seller Agreement. Click on "I have read and agreed to Seller Agreement"
- Click on "Create New Offer" button.
For Multiple Listing:
- Click on My Account è Create Bulk Listing (left hand column under Sell). Alternatively, click on Sell (top right hand corner) è Create Mass Listing from the drop down list.
- Download the Mass Listing Template.
- Open the template and follow our examples to create your own bulk listing.
- Click on "Choose File" button to locate the file of your listing and click on "Upload".
- To view your bulk listing, click on My Account è My Listings (left hand column under Sell).
What is Instant Deal?
Veooo.com has a unique feature known as instant deal, whereby Seller can instantly create a sales offer while chatting with a Buyer via Live Chat. Here are the steps to create an instant deal:
- Click on Send a New Offer (At the bottom of a chat box).
- Enter all the required information and ensure that all information is accurate.
- Read and fully understand and agreed with Veooo Seller Agreement. Click on "I have read and agreed to Seller Agreement"
- Click on "Create New Offer" button.
The link to the listing will instantly appear in the chat box which allows Buyer to make purchase immediately.
What is Veooo Seller Protection and how it works?
With Veooo Seller Protection, all our sellers are 100% protected against payment fraud and chargebacks. All Buyers will send their payments directly to paypal@veooo.com where we will perform all the rigorous security screening processes for you. As long as Seller accurately completed an order delivery and abides Veooo Seller Agreement, Veooo Seller Protection will protect Seller from any fraudulent payments or chargebacks. Most importantly, Seller will be assured of confirmed payment for their delivery.
After the confirmation of a completed delivery, it takes about 2 - 3 working days for Veooo.com to transfer payment after the transaction and commission fees deduction to the Seller's Account, where Seller can withdraw the balance to his / her Paypal or Alipay account anytime.
It is important to note that Veooo.com is only responsible for transaction which is processed through Veooo.com and is not liable and will not assist in helping any scamming transaction which is processed outside Veooo.com.
How do I know that I have received an order?
Our system will notify you by sending an email to your registered email account once you received an order. Alternatively, you can also click on My Account è My Orders to view any pending orders which you have received. After receiving an order, you need to click Confirm Order (Under My Order) within the guarantee delivery period to protect yourself from prosecution of late delivery.
It is COMPULSORY for Seller to take screenshots for all delivery and properly save the screenshoot. This will act as Delivery Evidence should there be any need arise.
What are the fees involved when selling on Veooo?
Every transaction which takes place on Veooo.com will cost 80 cents USD. For every completed transaction, there is a 9% commission. All these fees are payable from Seller. Our officers will deduct the fees from transaction amount and transfer the balance to respective Seller.
What are my responsibilities as a Seller?
Upon listing on Veooo.com, Sellers have consented to abide the terms and conditions stated in our User Agreement, Privacy Policy and Seller Agreement. It is Seller's responsibilities to deliver the accurate orders to the right Buyer within the guaranteed delivery time.
Please note that it is prohibit for Seller to leave any contact information, advertising content, link to other sites or external information in their auction listings. Offenders will be penalized for such actions.
It is highly important for Seller to know that Veooo will never ask for Seller’s personal information (like account password and credit card information) in any email. In addition, it is Seller’s responsibility to double check that the email which they received from Veooo is from Veooo’s verified email account: noreply@veooo.com.
What are the situations where Buyer failed to seek refund?
We will stand by Seller's side as long as Seller abides the rules of Veooo Seller Agreement and is able to provide evidence of an accurate and confirmed delivery within 48 hours from the file of dispute.
